  • Langley Castle; this castle has been around since 1350, and has kept all of its architectural integrity, and is one of the only Medieval fortified castles which is now a hotel in England. You can explore Hadrian’s Wall, as well as some beautiful countryside with a rich history to discover. This venue is an excellent option for dinners, getaways, or private events.
  • Lumley Castle; this castle was built in the 14th century and is a peaceful and tranquil location, secluded from the stress and the hustle and bustle of day to day life. This is no ordinary hotel, which is literally their motto. Some rooms can accommodate 136 guests for private dining, as well as having 96 guest rooms.
  • Swinton Park Castle; this castle is located in North Yorkshire which is full of rivers, countryside, reservoirs, moorland and breathtaking views. The location is rich in history and culture but has friendly staff and an excellent reputation. The swans in the water and the gorgeous castle are a great backdrop for weddings, but the room for 90 delegates makes it an excellent place for an anniversary or birthday party as well.

The castle itself, despite feeling modern on the inside, is actually 500 years old and was visited by names such as Henry VII, as well as Anne Boleyn.

  • Appleby Castle; this is a 17th century castle which is located in Eden Valley in the English Lake District. This castle has been inhabited by kings of both England and Scotland and is one of the last remaining Norman keeps.
